About TheRockHeavenResort.com
TheRockHeavenResort.com is an editorially independent Australian review and comparison site for online pokies and online casinos available to players in Australia. We fund real accounts, deposit our own AUD, play the games, clear the bonuses and time the withdrawals, then publish exactly what happened.

Our editor: Owen Callahan
Owen Callahan is the Editor-in-Chief of TheRockHeavenResort.com. He has more than 12 years of experience
in the online gambling industry and has personally played and assessed more than 240 casinos and 80 pokies
sites on funded accounts. Liam leads every review on this site, from the pokie floor and bonus terms to payout
testing and support checks at Australian hours. His focus is on the details that decide whether a casino is
worth your money: wagering maths, RTP settings, withdrawal speed and how an operator treats Australian players.
Liam's work is behind our main guides, including the best online pokies Australia ranking, the best online casino Australia review, our PayID casinos guide and our fast withdrawal casinos tests.
Why the name TheRockHeavenResort.com?
The name is a holdover from this domain's earlier life, and it turned out to suit what we do. A photograph does not argue; it shows what was there. That is how we approach reviews: we record every step, from the cashier screen and the bonus clause to the withdrawal timestamp, and we base our scores on that record rather than on what a casino says about itself.
How we review
Every casino we cover is opened as a normal player account from Australia and funded with our own money. We claim the welcome offer, play through it, request withdrawals and time how long they actually take, and we contact support at different hours across AEST, ACST and AWST. Scores are based on licensing and safety, payout speed, bonus value after terms, game selection, Australian banking options (PayID, Osko, POLi, Neosurf, cards and crypto), and support and mobile quality.
Bonus amounts, wagering requirements and payment methods change frequently. We re-check the operators we list every month, but the operator's own terms and conditions always take precedence over anything published here. All amounts are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
